Rates

All rates are quoted based on a one day event. Longer terms rates are available upon request.

Customers Responsibilities

Customer is responsible for all items from the time of delivery to the time it is returned to us. Broken, damaged or missing equipment will be charged at our replacement cost.

Equipment and supplies must be secured when not in use and protected from being damaged.

Customers picking up or accepting delivery of supplies or equipment, be sure you have received all items on your reservation agreement.

Dishes, glasses and flatware should be free of food and placed in delivery containers. Tables and chairs should be folded and stacked in one location for pick-up.

Linens and chair covers are to be free of refuse and folded after use. Customers are responsible for any damages. (wet linens, cuts, burns, candle wax and misuse)

Delivery and Pick-up Services

Delivery and pick-up services are available at affordable and reasonable prices depending on the location of the delivery.

Setting up and arranging of furniture is not included in the delivery charge. Our delivery personnel are not authorized to set up equipment unless previously arranged.
